The Rotary District 7475 Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation are: to solicit, collect and otherwise raise money for charitable purposes to support projects to assist the Rotary Clubs in District 7475; or to assist Rotary District 7475 programs, projects, events and training; or to assist Rotary International or the Rotary International Foundation.
The corporation has at least five (5) trustees who are known as the Board of Trustees. One trustee is elected at the Annual Meeting to be the chair of the board. In addition to the five trustees, the Foundation officers are also members of the Board of Trustees with full voting powers. The officers of the corporation are President, Vice President, eSecretary, and Treasurer. The President, Vice President and Secretary each hold a term of one (l) year. The Treasurer holds a term of 3 years.
The current District Governor of District 7475 serves as President, and the current immediate Past District Governor serves as Vice President.
